This is a beginners foraging class. We will have regular woods walks weather permitting and learn about our local wild edibles and medicinal plants. The students will be guided through the process of identifying/collecting edible and medicinal plants and differentiating them from toxic lookalikes and how to do so safely, ethically, and sustainably.

This class utilizes our local Conservation and Agriculture organizations to enhance the class with live demonstrations and guest speakers.
